This morning was my first yoga anything in over a month! It wasn’t Bikram, but it felt good to be able to stretching and engage in some moving meditation for 90 minutes. This week of P90X workouts has me quite sore, which tells me that its something I needed to be doing.
Fortunately I did yoga in the morning because I taught Insanity round 4 tonight! Out of the 4 insanity rounds that have come out, this one is the hardest!!! It doesn’t help that I’ve been sick for the last few weeks but WOW this was hard!
I”m so impressed with my class, they just jumped right in fearlessly! Granted by the end of block 2, several faces had this look of betrayal but it’s good for us all :P
Tomorrow is P90X legs and back day. I used to always skip this one and I ended up in PT with weak hips and calves. I don’t think i’ll skip it anymore :)
