Bad food day
I have no idea what happened but today has been a horrible food day. I’ve eaten cookies and cereal and McDonalds and now Cheez-its. I’m also kind of sick-ish but UGH, i just feel like eating and eating and eating. It has got to be the weather. Today is a recovery workout day and i’m already sure i’m not doing anything…maybe running since i have a 5k on saturday. ...

Shakeology and working out
So it’s been 6 days that i’ve been doing the shakeology shakes from Beachbody and I can say that i’m enjoying them. They do seem to be working and giving me a full meal replacement (in my case breakfast since i’m up at 4am) and i don’t get hungry until around 9:30-10 which is a solid 5 hours. It starts today people. Operation fitness. Last year was Operation weight lost where i went from 360lbs down to 300 now. this year I’m kicking it up a notch and i want to be down to 225 by this time next year. How am I doing this? With Beachbody of course! The last two months i’ve been doing the Insanity workout and in another week i’m shifting to the p90x 90 day workout. ...
