I think i’m going to like running at night, especially on the track. It’s me and whomever decided they wanted to run or train under the cover of darkness as two people were doing some serious sprints. I remember when I used to do track sprints and can’t wait til I start doing them again.

I guess I can’t really complain as I’ve had these for over a year and do just about everything in them from P90X, Insanity, walking, running, i’ve been swimming in them. But it still makes me sad. It’s like an old friend is wounded.
So like before I jogged down to the track, kicked the shoes off and ran my mile barefoot. I ran a little faster this time, and it’s nice that my legs and muscle are what’s is sore instead of my lungs (I have asthma, which is especially bad when it’s humid, like tonight).
Overall this was a GREAT run and I look forward to doing it again either tomorrow night or Thursday night.
I have another 5K on Saturday so that should be fun.
