10W 2 1/2 Mile Run 8
Today I did my six 5.5 mile run! I’m actually pissed because, in my head, I plotted out a 6 mile course by putting together a route from my 4 mile run that would give me six. I ended up at 5.67! I ran two miles tonight. Felt decent but I need to get back into consistently running again. There is not amount of exercise to get you ready for running like…running. Funny how that works. I found a pace that works steadily even if its a tad slow. I just have to accept i’m still building running legs and let my vibrams do the walking. Lets see what happens tomorrow
