PAP Upper Body is becoming a likable routine. Once you get in the zone, this workout flies by in a pool of sweat and shaking. Be sure to get enough water because I always end up with a headache by the end of this.
One of my biggest problems is the renegade rows. My hands hurt doing pushups on the dumbells. I probably should get some gloves.
