Insanity - Day....Yoga and cardio abs
#insanity Last night I taught turbo-kick. I got up this morning and started to do Insanity and decided it would be smarter to do yoga. 40 Minutes of Stretch with Chalene follow by cardio abs and i’m feeling pretty good. Life is starting to get busy and I’m glad I have a daily workout routine to provide some stability in my days.
