I've been on both side of the fitness spectrum. Teens and 20's I was world class fit as i played football, ran track and did martial artst both in HS and college.
30's I got hurt and got lazy and plumped up to a solid 360lbs.
Now i'm fighting back to that beach body and energy levels of before.
