#insanity

There is a cool feeling when you know you’re pushing your body and not injuring yourself.  You feel all the right muscle groups working in the core, your arms are pumped up and your lungs are breathing in and out as a pace that faster but easily providing your with enough oxygen.  You are in shape, healthy and loving life

Yesterday I did Insanity and then taught a Turbo-kick class in the evening.  I got home around 9pm, had a shakeology and went to sleep.  I got up this morning and Hit insanity again.  I’m tired, and my knees are a little sore but my body is responding the way it’s suppose to.  I say move, it moves, I say jump, it jumps, I say switch lunges with a hop and it says…FUCK YOU

OMG my knees are so sore I had to skip out on the last 12 minutes of Insanity.  I can push but as you get to know your body, you learn when you have to back off and my legs were not going to do switch lunges with a hop.  Right knee is a tad sore and I can correct this by spending some time on my rumble roller tonight.

I got up and worked and it feels good!

I also registered for the Beachbody Summit in Vegas this June. I’ve been a coach for exactly a year and I’m going because this company is doing amazing things!  I got off the couch and got into running and being healthy again because of P90X and Insanity.  I got energy and fun back in my spirit because of turbo-fire.  I”m finding the me I used to be and making it better.

The world my end in 2012 ( I highly doubt it) but it will be the year I crossed the line from getting healthy to being healthy again.

Keep pushing play and tomorrow is a much needed recovery workout…I think
