Last week I basically missed the entire week of insanity with the exception of a few days. SO I decided I need to to the last two weeks instead of this being the last week. I didn’t go without a workout last week as I taught turbo kick twice and did that workout through the week, but this is my Insanity cycle and I need to finish it.
My shoulders and collar bones are sore and I don’t know why. doing moving pushups was a choir but I forced myself to complete a memorial day workout AFTER the bbq this afternoon with friends. I NEEDED this workout. Sometimes the body needs that jumpstart to reactivate the muscles and Insanity is a jumpstart
Tomorrow is tripple duty as I have Insanity, teach turbo kick and I start my Marathon running. 3 miles…not bad and I don’t expect it to be difficult, just extra calories going out so I need to make sure to eat enough.
Keep pushing play. Summer has unofficially started and I’m ready. Beachbody summit in 3 weeks, Warrior dash in 4 weeks and a summer of running and turbo ahead of me. Lets enjoy the warm weather and stay active.
