#Asylum

June first and I made the switch to Insanity Asylum.  I have 21 days to be tone for my beachbody summit and this is the workout that will get me there!

Speed and Agility today and I have to say, after doing Insanity, Asylum is still kind of hard!  I am much faster and better coordinated this time around so I’m pushing myself harder.  

my right shoulder and collar bone is still hurting so i need to look out for this but so far i’m happy with the first day of asylum.  I’m going to do asylum and start running in parallel.  

I keep putting it off and the crappy weather helped yesterday and today but I need to start putting miles on my shoes.  I have the warrior dash in 15 days and who knows what i’m going to be running after that as I continue to move toward marathoner status.

Asylum day 2 tomorrow!
