One more day! I’m at the end, i’m sweating like crazy and my head is hurting but I finished core synergistics for the LAST TIME! I thought it would be a sloppy session because i just did it two days ago but NOOOO, better form, better numbers and more sweat!
So if you’ve ever been curious what Dreya Weber does for her other job outside of P90X, you clearly haven’t been paying attention during core. Tony calls out her name and profession no less than 9 times. Dreya, world class aerialist, dreya, swings through the air, dreya, she’s my buddy! Tony, did you notice she’s actually wearing a wedding ring in this one? I think you creeped her out in the other videos!
The rest of this day is no workouts and just recovering because tomorrow it the big race! Beachplooza!! It is essentially the warrior dash in the sand but that one was so much fun that i’m doing it again and I double the amount of friends doing it with me!
