This morning was Max Cardio Conditioning, which should probably be called Max Endurance conditioning instead but I didn’t create the program so oh well.
I missed 4 days of my Insanity workout last week because I was out of town and then on Saturday and Sunday I was going through my P90X certifications. I passed! I am now a certified P90X instructor, Turbo-kick instructor…what’s next? Who knows.
This mornings workout was difficult because I haven’t been in an Insanity zone for the last week. I had a killer P90X masters workout on Saturday and a pretty intense Yoga session on Sunday morning but none of that is Insane.
After the nutrition session for the certification and talking with one of the instructors I’ve decided to send some extra study time in diet and actively work on that process for the summer. Its interesting hearing about the balances that are in the body and get out of wack when you don’t eat the proper foods…
Anyway, I’m back in the workout for the next 3 weeks of Insanity and then I need to switch gears slightly and begin focusing on my Chicago Marathon training.
This is turning into an amazing year of changes for me.
